Expert Guidance

Receive expert advice on Botswana's best lodges and nature experiences for your safari.

My name is Ines Schreckeneder, I’m from Austria and Africa has been my home and passion for over two decades. After living in Uganda for six years, followed by time in Namibia and Zimbabwe, I eventually found my heart and true home in Botswana.

My journey across the continent has been shaped by deep exploration, countless safaris, and an enduring love for the African wilderness. I attended a professional Field Guide Training program in South Africa, gaining in-depth knowledge of wildlife, conservation practices, and guiding skills essential for delivering high-quality safari experiences. This has not only enriched my personal understanding of nature and wildlife but also sharpened my ability to create authentic and meaningful safari experiences for others. Before dedicating myself fully to tourism, I worked in the medical field, where I trained surgeons in spinal procedures. While I valued that chapter of my career, it was my deep-rooted connection to Africa that kept calling me back — until I finally made it my life’s purpose.

Today, with a profound appreciation for Botswana’s landscapes, culture, and people, I design tailor-made luxury and mid-range safari experiences for travellers who seek more than just a vacation — those who long to truly connect with the soul of Africa. As an additional service, I also provide on safari translation from English to German, ensuring you can fully enjoy and understand every moment of your adventure without language barriers.

In addition, my travel agency actively supports local communities and wildlife research projects in Botswana, ensuring that tourism contributes positively to both people and nature. Whether you're traveling for the first time or returning for the hundredth, I’m here to help you experience Botswana with depth, comfort, and authenticity.
